MIN-CV101-TRN-002-A-DRAFT
Evidence capture and reviewed handover

Concept training procedure for an inert fictional fixture. No approved operational SOP supplied. Not an operating instruction.
Objective: Create a handover that preserves the configured part, the reason for HOLD and the unresolved review boundary.

1. Identify the record
Use a new training record with CV-101, MIN-CV101-MP2 and procedure A DRAFT.

2. Record the exercise context
State who observed the inert training task and which view or fault variant was shown.

3. Confirm source permissions
Use only permitted images or model views. Do not upload real plant records to an unapproved destination.

4. Name the assembly
Record CG101, CAM_A, CAM_B and both fixed keepers using the component register.

5. Describe the initial observation
Write the actual lower-point evidence, not only a conclusion such as unsafe or wrong.

6. Preserve the decision reason
Record HOLD and why upper engagement or a closed panel does not resolve lower B.

7. Name the reviewer
Identify the person responsible for reviewing the concept training record; do not invent an approval.

8. Describe the supervised correction
Record what changed in the exercise and distinguish it from a real maintenance intervention.

9. Record the fresh recheck
Include separate observations of both retaining points after the correction.

10. List unresolved inputs
Include missing approved SOP, real configuration/dimensions and any source or revision discrepancy.

11. Propose a reviewed learning change
Suggest a specific annotation or instruction improvement, with the evidence that supports it.

12. Close the training handover
Let the reviewer accept, return or hold the record. Preserve revision history; no operating release is implied.

Observed evidence reviewed by a training owner; no competence certification or operating release implied.
